Rex Biggs Joins the Somerset Entrepreneurial Team
October 24, 2011

Rex E. Biggs, CPA has joined Somerset as a senior accountant in our Entrepreneurial Team.  Prior to joining Somerset, he gained industry experience as a senior staff accountant for a local CPA firm where his primary focus was in partnership taxation. 

Rex is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned a B.S. in Informatics and Certificate in Accounting.  He is a member of the Indiana CPA Society.

Theresa Pierce Joins Somerset’s Small Business Services Team

Theresa Pierce has joined Somerset CPAs as a senior accountant on our Small Business Services Team.  Previously Theresa owned a bookkeeping service for several years specializing in QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting systems primarily for service companies.  Prior to owning her own company, Theresa gained industry experience as a staff accountant for local accounting firms where her focus was on payroll and sales and property taxes. 

She received her associate’s degree from International Business College.  Theresa’s involvement with the Nicaragua Resource Network, where she performed bookkeeping services and was a board member, allowed her mission trip opportunities to Nicaragua to build churches, schools and small homes.
